Expect media works with call centers to provide information and statistics in real time regarding media response. The 'm' is reversed out of the 'e' formed by a horizontal graph. Contact information on the business card is staggered to echo the movement of the graph at the top, while the letterhead flips the graph on its head and incorporates it as a watermark. The (graph) mark was stamped in dull silver foil.
